Division Street: A Natural History of the Headlock takes the audience from my first day of eighth grade to the final confrontation between a bully, my father and myself. Using only a pair of stilts, a bike, a fake arm and some very long pants, the piece reveals the mechanics of solo-autobiographical performance work as a way of examining the nature of memory.
